Official Information – Private Beach & Beach Club Access

Dear Guest,

In order to provide clear information and help you better plan your experience during your stay, we would like to share the official options for access to the private beach and Beach Club, in accordance with the policies established by the property and the complex administration.

The beach within the complex is a private and exclusive beach, with regulated access in place to preserve service quality, safety, and the comfort of all guests.

Option 1: Organized Access to the Complex’s Private Beach

(Recommended for recurring visits)

• Cost: USD 5 per person, per day of stay

• Management: This access must be arranged and paid in advance at the reception, prior to using the facilities.

This option is designed for guests who plan to visit the beach more than once or prefer to have planned and flexible access throughout their stay.

Includes:

• Use of the complex’s authorized facilities

• Sun loungers and relaxation areas

• Swimming pool area

• Social areas

• Direct access to the complex’s private and exclusive beach

Option 2: Direct & Occasional Access to the Beach Club

• Minimum consumption: USD 35 per person

This option applies to single or occasional visits, when guests access the Beach Club directly without prior arrangement or prepayment. The minimum consumption is established by the Beach Club administration and grants access to:

• All Beach Club facilities

• Food and beverage services

• Swimming pool area

• Social and relaxation areas

• Access to the complex’s private and exclusive beach

Please note that these rates, conditions, schedules, capacity, and available facilities are established by the Beach Club and complex administration and generally remain consistent throughout most of the year. On occasion, and solely depending on seasonality or exceptional occupancy levels, the administration may implement operational adjustments to preserve service quality and the overall guest experience.
