General Check-in Information

• Check-in: From 4:00 p.m.

• Check-out: By 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed in advance

• Check-in method: Assisted check-in and/or self check-in, depending on prior coordination

Upon arrival, please proceed to the main entrance.

Property Access (Main Gate)

Upon arrival at the main gate of the residential complex, you must present the access passes that were previously provided.

• Passes may be shown in digital or physical format

• They are mandatory for entry into the complex

• If assistance is required, security personnel or the on-site team will be available to assist

Unit Access

Once inside the residential complex, you may proceed directly to your assigned unit.

• The apartment door access code will be:

o Sent shortly before your arrival, or

o Provided upon arrival by the on-site team

Your unit is fully equipped, prepared, and verified for your comfort and rest.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Each unit includes Wi-Fi access.

Parking

• Complimentary parking is available within the residential complex

The complex offers access to a private beach and Beach Club, which are managed directly by the complex and not included in the accommodation rate.

Access conditions, costs, and availability may vary and are subject to the complex’s current policies.

For detailed and up-to-date information, our team will be available to assist and guide you during your stay.

Responsible Use of Electricity

We kindly invite you to make responsible and efficient use of electricity during your stay.

Small actions help reduce consumption and support environmental care, such as:

• Turning off air conditioning units when leaving the apartment

• Turning off lights and electrical devices when not in use

• Keeping doors and windows closed while air conditioning is on

Waste Disposal

• Trash may be disposed of in the designated containers located outside the building, near the parking areas

• The cleaning team will perform a full cleaning of the apartment after check-out

Check-out Information

Before departure, we kindly ask you to note the following:

• Check-out by 12:00 p.m.

• Please inform the team when you are ready to depart

• Turn off air conditioning units, lights, and electrical devices

• Dispose of trash in the designated containers
